I specifically picked a block of Samantha's vineyard for the Rosé earlier than I picked the vineyard for my Syrah. I then lightly pressed the fruit after only two hours on the skins and the resulting color is a lovely shade of peachy pink. The wine was fermented in a combination of neutral french oak barrels and a stainless steel barrel. This gives the wine a creaminess to balance the refreshing acidity.
