2016 Aida Viognier
The Frediani Vineyard was harvested on the 6th of September and was pressed the same day to half neutral french oak barrels half stainless steel barrels. The primary fermentation was in the barrels and lasted 8 days. Native ML fermentation was completed and the wine was further aged in neutral french oak barrels. The barrels were stirred and the wine was bottled unfined, but filtered.
