Beautiful tropical fruits, passion fruit, pineapple, with notes of pear and tangerine peel. The wine is lively and fresh with a nice minerality and balance coming from the barrel fermentation. A great food wine.
The fruit was picked and pressed whole cluster on the 11th of September. Fermentation in the barrel lasted 12 days and the wine was inhibited from going through ML fermentation. The wine was aged in neutral french oak for 6 months and was filtered and bottled on the 27th of March.
